The movie this week stars one of America's greatest country singers, Tim McGraw, in one of his first dramatic performances.

The movie. ‘The Shack’ is PG-13 rated and it will be shown on Friday and Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. It is in 2D only.

If you enjoyed the book, you will love the movie. It addresses the ageless philosophical question "Why does God let bad things happen?" Other stars in the movie are Sam Worthington and Octavia Spencer. The film is 2 hours and 12 minutes long. The PG-13 rating is because of the dramatic material and some violence.

After the abduction and assumed death of Mackenzie Allen Phillips youngest daughter, Missy, Mack goes into deep depression. He receives a mysterious letter and has the suspicion it is from God asking him to return to the shack, the place where Missy may have been murdered.

After contemplating the letter he leaves his home to go to the Shack for the first time since Missy was abducted. While there he encounters what will change his life forever.

Remember, there is no Sunday evening movie.

See you at the movies!!
