Beginning with no members of September of 2019, the Cub Scout Pack 137 for Wayne County is growing. With 10 current registered Cubs from the three school districts of Wayne, Humeston and Seymour, the Wayne County Cub Scouts are rebuilding.

This youth organization for girls and boys in grades kindergarten through fifth follow the motto of working hard to learn and live the values of scouting to be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.

In the fall of 2019 the Cubs sold popcorn in their effort to raise money. They chose to keep the donations local to give to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

Look for Cub Scout Pack 137 on Facebook if interested in joining or to follow the Cubs as they continued their hard work and fun adventures.
