Dr. Subha Rajan

Wayne County Hospital would like to introduce Dr. Subha Rajan who joins our South Central Iowa Medical Center to provide quality healthcare to our community.

Dr. Rajan graduated from Medical College, Calicut, India.  She completed her residency in family medicine from the University of Tennessee and became board certified in family medicine at that time.  She then completed a fellowship in advanced women’s health from the University of Tennessee.

Prior to her arrival at Wayne County Hospital, Dr. Rajan worked as a family medicine/obstetrics provider at the Rural Health Clinic in Winnemucca, Nevada where she provided primary health care services to all age groups as well as obstetric patients.  Her background includes working in rural settings and critical access hospitals with the nearest referral hospital 150 miles away.

We would like to Welcome Dr. Rajan to our community and region.  Dr. Rajan will be taking patients starting November 2021.
